Excellent service! We were picked up on time at both the airport and at the hotel to return back. GREAT communication, arranging a ride was very easy. The price was also very reasonable and the ability to pay with cash or card was nice as we didn't have cash for the return trip. Very professional, kind and courteous! Zlatko's service is the best I ever encountered. I travel frequently for my job and have spent hundreds of days in Zagreb. The drivers are always on time and always willing to make changes at my request. The cars are clean and comfortable and the drivers are courteous and knowledgeable. I have NEVER had a problem even when I presented problems such as: my flight is late, my bags came later, my colleague overslept, I have no money, I need to stop at the bank machine.
